The organisers and sponsors of Digital Leaders Week have announced they will be running a new two-week Digital Leaders Virtual summit from 8 to 19 June 2020 and are calling for speakers to deliver sessions across 19 digital topics.

Delivered entirely online, speakers are invited to run a webinar, workshop or pre-record a session. Topics include artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, smart cities, HealthTech, cyber resilience and many more.

Speakers taking up this opportunity to demonstrate their digital thought leadership will raise their profile among the 83,000-strong Digital Leaders Network, as well as across partner audiences, including lead sponsor UMi’s 35,000 daily bulletin subscribers.

Fully supported by the Digital Leaders team, all approved speakers will:

  • Have access to a dashboard to update information and monitor delegate registrations
  • Have their own branded session page to promote their talk and organisation
  • Receive a tech check and online presenting advice before the day of the session
  • Be introduced on the day by a live host

The session recordings will be sent to registered attendees after the summit and will also remain available online.

Offering opportunities for attendees to take part in 100 sessions, the fortnight also includes the 15th National Digital Conference being held virtually and a world first in the virtual Digital Agenda Impact Awards, celebrating 36 tech for good and social impact innovations that need digital to deliver.

The virtual format of the June event will allow attendees to dip in and out of the summit across the two weeks from the comfort of their home or desk. This means they can tailor their programme to help them achieve the next steps of their career and business development goals.

This virtual summit will be followed up by the Digital Leaders Week, which has been rescheduled to 12 to 16 October 2020.

Digital Leaders’ CEO, Robin Knowles, said: “Having rescheduled our annual Digital Leaders Week to October in line with the government’s COVID-19 response, we still want our network to access the learning, insights and connections of some of the UK’s best digital leaders in June. It’s even more important now.

“We are uniquely placed to harness the opportunity to bring together our impressive digital leaders’ network to learn from each other online. The team are working very hard to make this happen alongside continuing arrangements for October. We hope our network will grasp this opportunity to showcase their thought leadership and raise their organisation’s profile when we all need to be thinking about our continued digital transformation.”
