Digital Leaders, the national initiative promoting digital transformation, leadership and innovation has today launched registration for the UK’s 4th Digital Leaders Week®, which runs from 12 to 16 October 2020.

As we unlock the UK’s economy, this is the biggest gathering of people focused on three key questions our organisations face during this accelerated period of digital transformation: What works? How to? And where can we get advice?

There are over 200 sessions, 300 speakers and 70,000 free places online covering 12 topics, four sectors and 10 UK regions.

Over the five days, delegates will get access to the best practice, meet the organisations that can help them and develop new ideas and find practical solutions. There is also the opportunity to build their peer-to-peer networks to share new thinking - all from the comfort of their desks.

This year’s headline events include: the Young Digital Leaders Conference in the #DigiLounge, the Digital Leaders 100 Awards Ceremony, Dorset’s Festival of the Future, the Welsh Tech for Good Hackathon, and the Scottish Annual Lecture.

Headline partners include all four UK national governments and leading organisations - from businesses like SAGE and the FSB, to not-for-profits including NCVO.

Robin Knowles, CEO of Digital Leaders, said: “It's been a period of accelerated digital transformation for all organisations during lockdown. If you’re a leader in the UK then Digital Leaders Week is your opportunity to find the ideas, initiatives and services you and your organisation now need in this new digital age. Let’s build the UK’s digital confidence together.”

Russell Haworth, Chair of Digital Leaders, said: “It’s important to have a National Week that helps all leaders deliver the digital transformation essential for a positive future for the UK economy and our public services. Digital leadership and how our leaders drive outcomes inside government, enterprise and the third sector is an essential ingredient of UK success.”

Sabby Gill, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, UK and Ireland, Sage, said: “UK governments, business support programmes and UK technology businesses like SAGE are supporting Digital Leaders Week. We are here to help leaders deliver the digital transformation that will secure Britain’s future.”
