This is ‘Not Just a Dessert’ – Previous Marks & Spencer Co-Workers Join Forces to bring delicious vegan, plant-based puddings to all.

An innovative gluten free & dairy free desserts and puddings company that produces ‘gloriously, gorgeously vegan, dairy free and gluten free puds’ is joining forces to partner with highly regarded food business builders Visionary Food Solutions.

Pudology, the brand behind ‘clever little treats’, founder Lucy Wager, was diagnosed with a dairy and egg intolerance in 2010. A highly successful career as a product developer with M&S had to come to an end, Lucy set out to create treats that were dairy free, gluten free and totally 100% delicious.

With 2019 food trends predicting huge growth in Veganism and Free From products, Lucy has selected to partner with VFS to accelerate the business with plans to focus on innovation and growing distribution to get the products into more hands.

Rhys George, co-founder of Visionary Food Solutions will be taking on the role of operations director, working closely with Lucy to bring the business through the next phase of growth.

Alongside Rhys, fellow VFS co-founder, Gareth Hobbs will be taking on the role of sales director, supporting Lucy and the Pudology Brand to develop its presence throughout the UK retail channels.

By using their extensive experience in the food and retail industry, Visionary Food Solutions will help Pudology unlock their maximum potential to develop and grow the business.

Gareth said: “We are thrilled to be working with Lucy and Pudology to help unlock distribution throughout the UK to get these amazing products in front of a larger audience. Pudology is not only a brand with a great story and amazing products, but a range that can be the perfect fit for those looking for a treat that have intolerances or choose Vegan/Free From diets as lifestyle choices.”

Lucy Wager from Pudology said: “The team at VFS have a track record of working with challenger brands and I’m incredibly excited to be partnering with them in 2019 to drive growth and see the full potential for Pudology this year and beyond”.

Rhys George, of Visionary Food Solutions, adds: “Having originally worked with Lucy during her time at M&S we remained in contact and now we have this opportunity to collaborate again. I’m looking forward to supporting Lucy on her ambitious plans for Pudology and delighted she has chosen to work with the VFS team.
